CLASSES

Our Leadership team meet up each week to discuss a range of topics and ideas. These sessions are a combination of practical learning and discussion,  requiring students to interact, share their experiences and offer ideas. Leadership Academy is offered both online and in person, both in groups and one on one. This program is suited to kids aged 8+. 

PROJECTS

At any given time, our Leadership team will have a project that they are working on, designed to enhance their leadership skills. Projects are fun, interactive and encourage each student to showcase their individual talents and skills. 

CHALLENGES

At the end of each session, we summarise the topic of discussion and our Leadership team are given some practical skills that they need to implement throughout the week. These skills could be things like 'Active Listening' or 'building rapport' activities.

LEADERSHIP

Our Leadership team are encouraged to practice their skills by giving back to others. They can do this by volunteering in roles where they can help others, inclouding assistant instructor and coaching roles
